Patrick was born and raised in San Diego, where he attended Point Loma Nazarene University. At PLNU, he received his Bachelor of Science in Finance. For five years, he managed high-volume convenience stores along various transit stations in San Diego. Doing this, he developed a passion for commercial real estate specifically relating to retail properties.
Patrick joined SVN Vanguard as an advisor specializing in retail and office in the East County of San Diego. In addition to expanding his real estate business he also looks for ways that he can serve his community. Outside of the office, you can find Patrick supporting his favorite sports teams and working out. He is also a photographer who loves to take adventures around his beautiful city.
