Dante’s previous position held was as at FMG for over 10 years as a consultant. Dante was involved in a range of commercial/residential developments that required coordinated permitting at multiple levels of government, to urban infill projects surrounded by established neighborhoods, which required tasks associated with public and governmental relations, community outreach and economic development.
Dante has extensive experience in areas of land use planning, including the zoning and entitlement process. To effectuate these activities requires ongoing interactions with Neighborhood/Business Associations, Community Groups and Government Agencies to resolve concerns and obtain project approvals. Developing these synergy relationships provides insight to limiting regulatory and entitlement risks by identifying potential development constraints and appropriate solutions for success.
Dante continues to add technical and practical knowledge by participating in the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate [RMPIRE] and the Real Estate Association Program – Los Angeles [REAP] and looks forward to utilizing these programs and experience in Commercial Real Estate
