Hyrum Liddicoat was born and raised in Australia. He spent his early school years in the Philippines and as well as on the North Shore of Oahu. After 3 years of attending Brigham University Oahu, he successfully owned and operated a commercial and residential flooring cleaning company, which he recently sold.
Through his strong entrepreneurial spirit and business experience, Hyrum developed a deep understanding of client relationships, operations, and strategic growth. After speaking with many commercial real estate professionals, he recognized his passion for the industry and is excited to bring his skills to SVN Vanguard. His background in sales, negotiation, and business development positions him well to serve clients and help them navigate the complexities of the commercial market.
Outside of work, Hyrum enjoys surfing, staying active, and continuously seeking new personal and professional growth opportunities.
