Daniel Bonin, a San Diego native, joined SVN Vanguard in 2018 after working for Seiko Properties in San Diego. He graduated from the University of Colorado after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Business. Daniel works in almost every division of Commercial Real Estate but specializes in Retail Leasing and Investment Sales as well as Multi-Family development. Daniel has worked with school and church sites as owner/user and development opportunities. Representing both tenants and landlords, his listings encompass all of San Diego. Currently Daniel is handling over 200,000 square feet of listings, with over $22 million in consideration. Daniel’s current portfolio occupancy rate is over 97%.
