Grant’s early roots began in Los Angeles County. He later moved to Carlsbad, California, where he attended the Army and Navy Academy. After graduating in 2014, he pursued a higher education at Mira Costa College, where he also played collegiate soccer for two years. He then transferred to California State University, San Marcos, further broadening his knowledge and skills.
Grant’s career started in property management, where he developed a strong foundation in leasing, operations, and client relations. This experience ignited his passion for commercial real estate, leading him to seek a deeper understanding of the industry.
Before joining SVN Vanguard, Grant specialized in multi-family and retail properties at a boutique firm in Mission Valley. He is committed to delivering top-tier service, utilizing his background and passion to assist clients in achieving their investment goals.
