Born and raised in Poway, Nico Armell brings local roots and hands-on experience to the team following a year-long brokerage internship. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance at San Diego State University and is set to graduate in May 2027. Through his active involvement with the SDSU Real Estate Society, Nico has built a strong foundation in commercial real estate and regional market analysis. When he isn’t navigating the brokerage landscape at SVN Vanguard, Nico can be found on the golf course, volunteering in the community, or cheering on San Diego’s sports teams.
