Patrick grew up in Temecula California. He was captain of the water polo and swim team in high school. Thereafter, he attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and Sustainability. Since 2018, Patrick has worked at Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT as an underwriter and market analyst for multifamily investments.
As a new Advisor with SVN Vanguard, his long-term goal is to become a real estate investor. Outside of the office, Patrick is a sports enthusiast who enjoys surfing, golfing, and surf fishing.
