Pouya graduated from the University of Missouri – Columbia and completed his bachelor’s degree in Architectural studies in the Spring of 2014. Since graduation, he has been working in the construction industry for various general contractors as a Project Manager. Today, he is very excited to be entering into the commercial real estate industry working with SVN Vanguard as a Brokerage Advisor. He describes himself as a go-getter, elite goal smasher, and a serial entrepreneur, with a strong passion for commercial real estate.
Pouya has traveled to many countries in Asia, Europe, North and South America, and appreciates learning about other cultures. Aside from his passion for traveling, he enjoys investing, self-development, DIY projects, camping, grilling out, playing soccer, boxing, and working on his health and fitness at the gym.
He loves networking with other professionals, serving his community, and being active in our beautiful city of San Diego. He looks forward to going above and beyond serving clients with their commercial real estate needs.
