Brian grew up in a family of commercial real estate investors, builders, and brokers. He attended the New York Institute of Technology, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts. He started his career as a Mortgage Broker, eventually leading him into television and film production management. There he gained valuable experience in executing and negotiating contracts, creating budgets, and leading teams to complete over 200 productions. He authored four books, both fiction and non-fiction, and has taught mindfulness and meditation nationwide. Brian’s well-rounded experience and passion for real estate investing led him to commercial real estate, where he now serves as an advisor for SVN Vanguard.
In his leisure time off, Brian loves outdoor sports such as hiking, snowboarding, skiing, and surfing. Aside from sports, he enjoys fostering his creative side, whether gardening, cooking a great meal, writing, or playing his guitar.
