Nadeem Haddad is a Property Specialist with the firm’s National Commercial Group, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties throughout the Western United States. With more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience, he provides investors, property owners, developers, and business leaders with strategic market insight, disciplined investment analysis, and trusted advisory services designed to maximize long-term value.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Nadeem served with the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he managed and implemented federal operational standards in support of nationwide statistical and economic data collection initiatives. His public sector experience strengthened his analytical approach, project management expertise, and commitment to serving communities through informed decision-making.
In recognition of his leadership and business expertise, Nadeem was appointed to the Business Advisory Council (BAC) by the National Congressional Committee in Washington, D.C., where he collaborated with business and civic leaders on initiatives supporting economic development, public policy, and government reform.
Nadeem’s commitment to leadership extends well beyond his professional practice. He has served in board leadership roles with the Vista Chamber of Commerce, the Commercial Real Estate Alliance of San Diego (CRASD), and the International Real Estate Committee (IREC), where he has helped advance business development, foster international relationships, and strengthen the commercial real estate profession through collaboration, advocacy, and community engagement.
A firm believer in lifelong learning and professional excellence, Nadeem continually invests in education that enhances both his business acumen and civic leadership. He earned an MBA Certificate from Tulane University – A.B. Freeman School of Business, completed the Professional Certificate in Public Engagement and Civic Leadership through the Pepperdine University School of Public Policy, and holds a designation in Business Supervision from Citrus College.
His commitment to responsible business practices is further demonstrated by earning recognition as a Certified Green Business through the California Green Business Network, reflecting his dedication to sustainability and environmentally responsible leadership.
