Pedro brings a diverse background and strong work ethic to his role as an intern with the SVN Team. His journey in the workforce began at the early age of 14, packaging in warehouses and progressing through diverse roles in customer service as a barista and then as a restaurant assistant, which have all shaped his professional aspirations. Now, as he embarks on an internship at SVN Vanguard, Pedro is eager to delve into the intricacies of the commercial real estate industry. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business finance at the University of San Diego, Pedro is set to graduate in 2026. Despite his relatively short time in school, he has already garnered recognition for his academic achievements, earning distinctions such as First Honors and a place on the Dean’s List.
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and raised on the East Coast in Robbinsville, New Jersey, Pedro‘s cultural exposure spans three continents, providing him with a unique perspective on life. These experiences have been pivotal in shaping his outlook.
When not engaged with SVN, Pedro finds solace and joy in his passions, whether riding the bowls at Linda Vista Skatepark or catching waves at San Diego’s captivating beaches.
