Born and raised in San Diego, California; Peter attended Saint Augustine High School and lettered in football, baseball, rugby, and academics. Upon graduation he went to California Polytechnic University at San Luis Obispo where he received his BA in Political Science concentrating in Pre-Law and minoring in Spanish. His Commercial Real Estate Career began in 2014 when he was a Summer Intern and had his first interactions with many of the clients that he still works with Today.
After graduating in 2016, Peter began as a licensed assistant for Marcus and Millichap and within a year transitioned to a full-time Sales Associate specializing in the San Diego Apartment Market. In 2018, he achieved the Pace Setter Award for achieving two listings and averaging two meetings and 300 calls per week in his first 6 months of activation. In 2022, Peter transitioned to SVN Vanguard and took on a new role as Senior Advisor. His unparalleled work ethic and persistent communication efforts have allowed him to gain extensive knowledge and transaction experience in the San Diego Real Estate Market.
Throughout his career, he has worked on and facilitated the sale of over fifty properties ranging from local and out-of-state apartment buildings to out-of-state net leased assets. A large portion of Peter’s business entails assisting clients with 1031 exchanges locally and throughout the United States. As a San Diego Native, he has substantial knowledge of the local market and demographics. He prides himself on his persistence and negotiating skills with the ability to provide ultimate exposure to his clients’ properties and achieve an unmatched level of client satisfaction.
