Richard Hitz joined the SVN Vanguard team in 2012 after working for Colliers International in Denver Colorado. He is a Colorado native that graduated from the University of Denver after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate. Richard specializes in Office and Industrial Leasing and Investment Sales while representing both tenants and landlords. Since joining in 2012, Richard has brokered over 210 transactions involving over 386,000 square feet with over $22 million in consideration. Richard currently represents over 220,000 square feet and has a portfolio occupancy rate of over 97%.
