Roberto Brooks is a professional accountant with a diverse background in the real estate, accounting, and maintenance industries beginning in 2000 as a residential real estate office manager. In 2005 he returned to school, working as a residential maintenance technician. Graduating in 2009 with a Business Administration/Accounting B.S. from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, he returned to Ventura county to accept a position with Bank of America Home Loans.
Upon moving to San Diego in 2015, Roberto briefly worked as an assistant property manager with ECP Commercial before accepting an accountant position at the City Senior Property Accountantof San Diego. In 2018 Roberto returned to ECP Commercial, now SVN Vanguard. Acting as a Senior Property Manager in the SVN Vanguard San Diego office, Roberto supports our property managers with accurately tracking, managing, and reporting the finances of our portfolio of managed properties as well as supporting the accounting needs of our in-house maintenance team, MaintenancePlus. His diverse background and proficiency with business technology provides unique insight into the accounting needs of our in-house property management team, allowing us to provide the excellent service our clients expect.
